booqoo Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and booqoo LLC, 770 S Stanley Pl, Chandler, AZ 85226 ("booqoo", "we", "us"). They cover every booqoo app and service, including Sendoo, Ticketoo, Calloo, Crewoo, Alertoo, Trackoo, Signoo and any app we add later (each a "Service"). Some Services have their own addendum, listed under App terms on our Legal page. If an addendum conflicts with the booqoo Terms or Privacy Policy, the addendum applies to that app.
1. Accepting these Terms. By creating an account, installing a Service, booking through one, or otherwise using it, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use a Service for a business, you confirm you can bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2. Who can use booqoo. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live. You must give accurate information and keep your credentials and any private links secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3. How you reach the Services. Many booqoo apps run inside other platforms, such as Whop or Discord, or on a creator's own website. Those platforms have their own terms, and you must follow them too. We do not control them and are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions about your account there.
4. Two kinds of users.
- Business users (creators, teams, sellers) use a Service to run their own business and serve their own customers. They are responsible for what they sell or offer, their prices, their legal and tax duties, and how they treat their customers.
- End users (customers, guests, members) use a Service to book, buy or take part in what a business user offers. Their purchase is with that business, not with booqoo, unless a Service says otherwise.
5. Plans, fees and billing. Some features are free and some need a paid plan. Prices, limits and what each plan includes are shown in the app. Paid plans renew until canceled, are billed through the platform you subscribed on (for example Whop), and can be canceled at any time to stop the next renewal. Unless the law, an addendum or our Refund Policy says otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded for a part-used period. We may change prices or limits with at least 30 days' notice; the change applies from your next renewal.
6. Payments between users. When an end user pays a business user, the payment is processed by a third-party processor (for example Whop). booqoo does not hold your funds and does not see card numbers. Business users are the seller; they set the refund rules shown to the buyer, which must be at least what the law requires.
7. Your content. You keep ownership of what you upload, enter or say through a Service ("Content"). You give booqoo a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, display and process it only to run, secure and improve the Service for you. You promise you have the rights to your Content and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights.
8. Acceptable use. Do not: break the law; harass, threaten, defraud or discriminate against anyone; upload malware or illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or exploitative content; record or contact people without the consent the law requires; scrape, overload, probe or reverse-engineer a Service; resell or white-label it without our written permission; bypass limits or security; or use it to build a competing product. We may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that break these rules. Our Acceptable Use Policy has the full rules.
9. AI features. Some Services use AI to draft replies, answer questions or summarize your data (for example boo, our AI assistant). Output may be wrong or incomplete. Check it before relying on it. It is not professional advice. AI features process the Content you give them through our AI providers, under the Privacy Policy.
10. Our property. The Services, software, names, logos and designs belong to booqoo and its licensors. These Terms give you only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services as intended. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.
11. Third-party services and links. Services connect to providers such as Whop, Google, Zoom, Discord, LiveKit, SendGrid, OpenAI and others. When you connect an account, you allow us to access it as needed for the feature. We are not responsible for third-party services.
12. Copyright and takedowns. If you believe Content on a Service infringes your copyright, see our Copyright Policy for how to send a notice. We may remove it and end repeat infringers' access.
13. Disclaimers. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise they will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that data will never be lost. Back up what matters.
14. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, booqoo and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or goodwill, or for any dispute between a business user and its customers. Our total liability for all claims about a Service is limited to the greater of what you paid booqoo for that Service in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Indemnity. You will defend and cover booqoo against claims and reasonable costs arising from your Content, what you offer or sell through a Service, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of the law.
16. Suspension and termination. You can stop at any time by uninstalling the Service or closing your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or do not pay, and we may discontinue a Service with 30 days' notice where we can. Sections that by nature should survive (Content license, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive. On termination we handle data as the Privacy Policy describes.
17. Changes. We may update these Terms. We will give notice of material changes in the app or by email. Continuing to use a Service after the new date means you accept them.
18. Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you and we consent to that venue, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to sue in your home country.
19. General. These Terms, the app addenda, the Privacy Policy and the policies linked from them (Acceptable Use, Refunds, Messaging and Notifications, and the DPA for business users) are the whole agreement for the Services. If part is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or sale. Notices to you go to your account email; notices to us go to support@booqoo.com.
