We respect copyright and respond to valid notices under 17 U.S.C. § 512.

To report infringement, send to our designated agent a written notice with: your name and contact details; the copyrighted work; the exact location (URL) of the material; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice. If you think material was removed by mistake, send your contact details, the removed material and its location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the courts of your district. We may restore it in 10 to 14 business days unless the sender files a lawsuit. We end access for repeat infringers. Knowingly false notices can make you liable for damages.
