This policy applies to everyone using any booqoo app. Breaking it can lead to content removal, limits or account suspension.
You may not use booqoo to:
- Break the law, or help others do so, including fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or selling illegal goods
- Harass, threaten, dox, stalk or discriminate against anyone, or promote violence or self-harm
- Share sexual content involving minors (reported to authorities), non-consensual intimate images, or sexually explicit content
- Send spam: unsolicited bulk email, DMs or texts, purchased lists, deceptive subject lines, or messages with no working way to opt out
- Impersonate a person or business, or mislead people about who you are or what you sell
- Sell or promote scams, pyramid or get-rich-quick schemes, counterfeit goods, weapons, drugs or regulated services without the required licenses
- Record, track or collect data about people without the notice and consent the law requires
- Upload malware, scrape the Services, probe for weaknesses without permission, overload them, or bypass limits or security
- Infringe copyright, trademarks or privacy, or share content you do not have the right to
- Use AI features to create deceptive deepfakes, or to make high-stakes decisions about people without human review
- Resell, white-label or build a competing product from the Services without written permission
Professional services (coaching, health, legal, financial) are the seller's responsibility, and sellers must hold any licenses they need. Report violations on our report page. We may act without notice where needed to protect people or the platform.
