Common questions
How do I cancel my booqoo plan? Cancel your plan in Whop, under your memberships. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
I bought something from a creator who uses booqoo. Who do I ask for a refund? The creator sold it to you, so start with them. Their refund rules are shown at checkout. If you cannot reach them or something went wrong with a booking, email us and we will help.
How do I delete my account and data? Email support@booqoo.com from your account email. We respond within 30 days, or 45 days where a state law allows that time. See the Privacy Policy for what we must keep.
How do I report a bug or request a feature? Email us, and tell us what you expected and what happened.
