Trackoo (community tracker)

• What it does. Gives members points for activity in a business's Whop community (chat, forums, courses, reactions) and, if connected, its Discord server, ranks them on a leaderboard and in tiers, and lets them claim rewards the business sets up, such as promo codes or files. It also shows the business who is active and who is slipping away.
• Your data sources. You may connect only accounts and data you own or are authorized to use. You must follow the rules of every platform you connect (Whop and Discord), and booqoo is not responsible if a platform limits or revokes access.
• Profiling. Trackoo may combine activity into scores or segments. Tell your members you track activity, and do not use the output for decisions that significantly affect people (such as credit, employment, housing or insurance). Where the law requires, honor requests to access, correct or delete tracked data.
• Accuracy. Numbers are estimates based on the data available and may lag. Points have no cash value.
• Data. Member IDs, usernames and profile pictures, activity events and points, tiers, reward claims, and files the business uploads for rewards. When you remove Trackoo, you can ask us to delete this data by emailing support@booqoo.com, and we delete it within 30 days of your request.
