Ticketoo (AI support inbox)
Last updated: October 14, 2026
- What it does. Ticketoo brings a business's support conversations into one inbox: Whop's own support chats, Ticketoo's in-app support chat, and tickets opened in the business's Discord server through the Ticketoo bot (each Discord ticket gets its own private channel). An AI assistant can answer using the business's own information and products, and hands the conversation to a person when needed.
- What it holds. Conversations and the messages in them, images and files people send, the business's knowledge-base documents, and the Whop or Discord IDs and names of the people involved.
- AI replies. Messages, images and the business's knowledge are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to write replies. The business decides whether the AI answers and should tell customers that an AI assistant may reply. AI answers can be wrong; the business is responsible for the answers given in its name.
- Your community, your duty. The business decides who can open tickets and who on its team can read them, and should tell members that conversations are stored.
- Sensitive content. Do not ask members to send passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs or health data in a ticket.
- Discord. The bot acts only with the permissions granted on the server, and the business is responsible for its server's rules and for Discord's terms. Removing the bot stops new Discord tickets; stored conversations stay until they are deleted or the account closes.
- How long we keep it. On the Free plan, resolved conversations and their messages are deleted 30 days after their last activity. On paid plans they are kept until the business deletes them or closes its account. Conversations with no activity for 7 days are marked resolved.
- No guarantee of response. Ticketoo helps a business organize support; the business is responsible for answering people.
