Signoo (agreements and e-signatures)
Last updated: October 14, 2026
- What it does. Signoo lets a business send an agreement from a template to people who join or buy its Whop products, collect their electronic signature, send reminders, and keep a signed PDF with a certificate page. In strict mode a buyer who joined a waitlist is approved only after they sign.
- Electronic signatures. By using Signoo, signers agree to sign electronically and to receive documents electronically. Signatures made with Signoo are intended to be valid under the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA and similar laws, such as eIDAS in the EU for simple electronic signatures. Some documents cannot be signed electronically (for example wills and certain family-law, court, utility-cancellation and hazardous-material notices). Check before you use it.
- No legal advice. Signoo is software. We do not draft, review or give advice on documents, and we do not guarantee that a document is enforceable. Templates are starting points; the business is responsible for the final text and for choosing the right signers.
- Identity. A signer confirms who they are by signing in with Whop or with a one-time code sent to their email. Signoo is not a notary and does not check government ID.
- Audit trail. For each agreement we record who viewed and signed it, with times, IP addresses and browser details, and add a certificate page to the signed PDF. Do not alter or remove it.
- Storage. Signed PDFs are kept in private storage while the business uses Signoo. If the business removes Signoo or closes its account, it can ask us to delete its agreements by emailing support@booqoo.com, and we delete them within 30 days of the request. Download any copies you need first. Signers can download their own copy of the signed PDF when they sign, and can ask the business for another copy.
- Withdrawing consent. Before signing, a signer can ask for a paper copy or withdraw consent to electronic records by emailing support@booqoo.com; the business may then need to use another method.
- Sensitive content. Do not put more sensitive data in an agreement than it needs (for example full card numbers or national ID numbers).
