App terms
Calloo
Product Terms
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms apply when you use Calloo, operated by booqoo LLC, in addition to the booqoo Terms of Service. If an addendum conflicts with the booqoo Terms or Privacy Policy, the addendum applies to that app.
1. What Calloo is. Calloo lets creators ("Hosts") offer free or paid video calls, group sessions and similar appointments, and lets people ("Customers") book them. Calloo runs inside Whop, on hosted pages at calloo.booqoo.com/<handle>, on Hosts' own websites, and through Discord. booqoo provides the scheduling, payment-confirmation and video tools. booqoo is not a party to the call itself.
2. Accounts and guests. Hosts and members use Calloo through a Whop account and are bound by Whop's terms as well as these. Customers may also book as guests with an email address. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to book or host a call. You are responsible for activity under your account or your guest links, and for keeping those links private.
3. Hosts. A Host is responsible for the calls they offer: their descriptions, prices, availability, content, and any advice or services given. Hosts must have the right to offer what they sell, must show up at confirmed times, and must comply with the law, including tax and consumer-protection rules. Calloo does not employ, endorse or supervise Hosts and does not verify their qualifications.
4. Bookings and payments.
- Paid calls are paid through Whop checkout. Whop processes the payment under its own terms; booqoo does not see or store card details.
- A booking is confirmed once the payment is verified. Unpaid bookings are held for a limited time and then released automatically.
- Prices are set by the Host. Taxes and Whop's fees may apply.
- Some calls need Host approval before payment; a request is not a confirmed booking.
- Calls may be included with a Host's own Whop product; such a call is free to a verified buyer, up to the number the Host sets.
5. Cancellations and refunds. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy below. It is part of these Calloo terms.
6. Video, recordings and conduct. Calls take place in Calloo's video room, or in Google Meet, Zoom, Discord or a link the Host provides. A Host may record a call if the call type has recording turned on; participants are told before joining. You must not use Calloo to harass, defraud or threaten anyone, share illegal or sexually explicit content, record anyone without the consent the law requires, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may remove a participant from a room, or suspend an account, for breaking these rules.
7. Plans and usage limits. Calloo offers Free and paid plans with limits (for example, a monthly number of group sessions held and metered call minutes). Limits and prices are shown in the app and may change with notice. If a Host reaches a limit, a call may be unable to start until the next period or until they upgrade.
8. Content and license. You keep ownership of what you upload or say. You give booqoo a limited license to host, transmit and display it only to run the service. Calloo, its software and branding belong to booqoo.
9. Third-party services. Calloo relies on Whop, LiveKit, Google, Zoom, Discord, SendGrid and others. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and we are not liable for their failures.
10. Disclaimers. Calloo is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we make no promise about the quality, safety or outcome of any call. Calls are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice unless the Host says so and is qualified to give it.
11. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, booqoo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or disputes between Hosts and Customers. Our total liability for all claims about Calloo is limited to the greater of the amount you paid booqoo for Calloo in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity. You will cover booqoo's reasonable losses from a claim caused by your breach of these Calloo terms, your content, or what you offer or say on a call.
13. Suspension and termination. You can stop using Calloo at any time (Hosts: uninstall the app from Whop). We may suspend or end access for breach, non-payment or legal reasons. Confirmed paid bookings of a terminated Host will be canceled and refunded where possible.
14. Changes. We may update these Calloo terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and apply to use after the date stated.
15. Governing law and disputes. These Calloo terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless the law of your home country gives you the right to sue locally.

Privacy Details
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This section lists what Calloo collects and which vendors it uses, in addition to the booqoo Privacy Policy. If an addendum conflicts with the booqoo Terms or Privacy Policy, the addendum applies to that app.
1. What we collect
| Who | Data | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Hosts | Whop user and company IDs, call types, prices, availability, settings, plan | Whop, you |
| Customers (Whop) | Whop user ID, name/username, bookings, answers to booking questions, payment status | Whop, you |
| Guests | Email address, name, bookings, answers to booking questions | You |
| Discord customers | Discord user ID, name, bookings | Discord |
| Everyone | Call times, whether you joined a call, attendance marks, reminders and emails sent | Calloo |
| Everyone | IP address, browser and device data, logs for security and abuse prevention | Your device |
We do not receive or store card numbers; payments are handled by Whop. If a Host turns on recording, the audio and video of that call are recorded and stored for that Host. If you connect Google Calendar, Zoom or Discord, we store the access tokens (encrypted) and the calendar or meeting details needed to create and update your events and meetings.
Google user data. If a Host connects Google, Calloo asks for two permissions: the Host's email address, to show which Google account is connected, and permission to manage events on the Host's Google Calendar (the calendar.events scope). Calloo uses that permission only to create, update and delete the calendar event for each Calloo booking, with its Google Meet link. It does not read, list or change any other events. Google data is used only to provide this feature: it is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to train AI models, and not shared except as needed to run the feature, for security, or when the law requires it. Calloo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Zoom data. If a Host connects Zoom, Calloo reads the Host's basic Zoom profile (to show which account is connected) and creates, updates and deletes a Zoom meeting for each Calloo booking. Zoom tells Calloo when a participant or the Host joins a Calloo meeting, which Calloo uses to mark attendance, and when the Host removes the app. Zoom data is used only for these purposes and is not sold or used for advertising.
Disconnecting. A Host can disconnect Google or Zoom at any time in Calloo's Integrations settings, or from their Google Account permissions or Zoom App Marketplace page. When they do, Calloo deletes the stored access tokens. Meetings and calendar events already created stay in the Host's own Google or Zoom account until the Host deletes them. Removing Calloo from Zoom also deletes the Zoom tokens.
2. How we use it
- Run bookings, payments, reminders, rescheduling, refunds and waitlists.
- Connect people to video rooms and external meeting links.
- Send transactional emails (confirmations, reminders, cancellations, thank-you notes after a call that took place). We do not sell your data. We send marketing emails only if you opt in.
- Show Hosts their bookings, attendance and analytics. Analytics shown to a Host are about their own business.
- Answer support questions, including through the optional AI assistant, which uses call and booking information to respond.
- Prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms, and meet legal duties.
3. Who we share it with
- The Host you book with sees your name or username, email, booking details and answers, and attendance.
- Service providers that run Calloo: Whop (identity, checkout, payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), LiveKit (video), SendGrid (email), OpenAI (assistant), and, only if used, Google, Zoom and Discord.
- Authorities or advisers, where the law requires or to protect rights and safety.
- A buyer of the business, if booqoo is sold or merges, with notice to you.
Public booking pages show a Host's public profile only. Join and manage links sent to guests are private and signed; anyone holding a link can use it.
4. How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept while the Host's account is active and for 7 years after for accounting and dispute purposes. Call recordings are deleted automatically after 30 days, or sooner if the Host deletes them. Logs are kept for about 90 days. When a Host removes Calloo, they can ask us to delete their data by emailing support@booqoo.com; we delete or anonymize it within 30 days of the request, except records we must keep by law.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA/CPRA) you may ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict some uses, and withdraw consent. Email support@booqoo.com. We respond within 30 days, or 45 days where a state law allows that time. Data a Host holds about their own customers is controlled by that Host, and we will pass your request on to them; for that data booqoo acts as the Host's processor.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Third-party tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to the database is limited to the app's servers, and every Host-facing action is checked against the signed-in user. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
8. Children
Calloo is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Contact us if you believe a child has used it.
9. Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to sign you in and keep the app working. Calloo hosts' booking pages include Whop's pixel, which measures visits and bookings for that host (see the Cookie Policy).
10. Changes and contact
We will post updates here and tell you about material changes. Questions: support@booqoo.com, 770 S Stanley Pl, Chandler, AZ 85226.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This policy applies to paid calls booked through Calloo. The Host is the seller of the call: your payment goes to the Host through Whop, and booqoo never receives or holds it. Refunds are between you and the Host. Calloo shows you the Host's refund rule and lets the Host send refunds through Whop.
The Host's refund rule. Each call type has a refund rule set by the Host and shown to you before you pay. It is one of these:
- Refunds allowed (the default): you can ask for a refund.
- Refunds allowed until a set time: you can ask for a refund until a set number of hours before the call.
- No refunds: the call is not refundable.
The rule shown when you booked applies, even if the Host changes it later. You can also ask for a refund through Whop's Resolution Center (in Whop, open Orders, find the payment and choose Request Refund) within 120 days of paying. The Host has 7 days to respond; if they do not, or you cannot agree, Whop decides.
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| You want a different time | Request a reschedule from your booking page. Some Hosts must approve it; if declined, your original booking stays |
| The Host cancels or does not show up | Full refund, issued automatically when the Host cancels in Calloo, or on request |
| A Host cancels a whole group session | Every paid seat is refunded and everyone is told by email; the waitlist is closed |
| You do not pay in time | An unpaid booking is released shortly after its payment deadline and nothing is charged |
| You pay after the booking was released and the time is taken | Payment is refunded in full |
Technical faults. If a call cannot happen because of a fault on Calloo's side, tell us and we will ask the Host to rebook you or refund you. Whether to refund is the Host's decision, or Whop's through its Resolution Center.
Group sessions and waitlists. If a full session has a waitlist, the longest-waiting person is offered the freed seat. A paid seat is held for 120 minutes for them to pay, and is not offered when there is too little time left before the session starts.
Calls included with a product. A free call that came with a Host's product is returned to your balance when you cancel it. It has no cash refund value.
How refunds work. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Whop and usually appear within 3 to 7 business days after they are issued, depending on your bank. If a refund cannot be issued automatically, the Host is notified to handle it.
Requesting a refund. Use "Request a refund" on your booking to ask the Host, or use Whop's Resolution Center. booqoo cannot approve or issue refunds for a Host's calls. If something in Calloo is not working, email support@booqoo.com.
Your legal rights. Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation right you have under consumer law where you live, such as a statutory cooling-off period.
